Following eleven years with a local commercial and industrial real estate firm and as a licensed real estate broker, Jerry opened his own office, Universal Listing, Inc. in 2001.  Prior to real estate Jerry had twenty years of experience in the banking industry with a major California bank. His expertise in finance, negotiating, and management serve his clients very well to accomplish their real estate goals and desires. Jerry’s degrees in business, finance and accounting along with his attention to thoroughness and detail are tremendous assets in any real estate transaction. Jerry has been involved in all phases of real estate over the years including direct involvement of land development, investments and exchanges, leasing, sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties.

Since joining Universal Listing, Inc. in 2005, Susie has focused on the residential market, providing both buyers and sellers the personal attention needed to facilitate positive completed transactions. Whether packing for the move, de-cluttering, or staging, here’s a “hands-on Realtor” clients do appreciate. With her Senior Real Estate Specialist designation she is especially adept at dealing with the special needs and challenges facing seniors as they make necessary lifestyle changes. Susie brings a genuine care and concern for the well-being of her clients along with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Susie joined the Universal Team after 25 years expertise in real estate marketing and regional manager for Print, Promotion, & Design (PP&D) in San Jose, a division of family-owned National Multiple Listing, Inc. (NML) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida

A third generation real estate professional, Joshua Ferguson became a licensed California Broker in 2015 after working as a Salesperson for nearly a decade at Universal Listing, Inc.; diligently helping clients achieve their individual real estate goals.  Over those years Joshua has learned to work closely with clients developing individualized strategies, guiding buyers, sellers, investors, landlords or tenants to successfully transact both commercial and residential properties.

Before joining Universal, Joshua worked for Property Promotion and Distribution, a family owned print media, marketing and design firm specializing in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns for real estate companies and individuals throughout the United States.  PP&D was responsible for marketing millions of square feet as well as hundreds of millions of dollars in real property not to mention the hundreds and hundreds of professionals.

Raised in San Jose, Joshua has strong Bay Area roots.  After graduating from Bellarmine, Joshua went on to study economics at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, before ultimately returning to his Bay Area home of San Jose to work in the community he loves.  Dedicated to this community Joshua has worked at multiple schools tutoring children and with many charitable organizations including The Special Olympics, Santa Maria Urban Mission, and Second Harvest Food Bank among others.  This unique  business, design, mentor and marketing background provides Joshua the skill set and tools needed to prepare, advise and deliver for clients, throughout the real estate process.
